We are based in Renfrewshire surrounded by beautiful countryside where new woodland was planted for future woodfuel use.

At present we are sourcing our timber from FSC sustainable managed woodlands, which means when woodland is cut down, new trees are planted for future use and sustainability.  
 

Wood Chip Production Process

The trees are sourced locally as far as practically possible then delivered to our yard where they are stacked and stored ready for chipping. 

They then get produced into a G30 Chip as per photo
 
Once chipped the product is placed into drying floors, these floors have vents in them to allow hot air to be blown through the chip by large fans.  This air rises through the chip which we check with a moisture meter to make sure the chip is at its most suitable Moisture content for your boiler needs and to produce the most efficient burn.
 
This G30 wood chip can be collected from our dry store or be delivered to your premises. We can deliver bulk loads or blown loads
 

Log Production Process

We purchase locally sourced hardwood to process in to logs that we bag into specially designed bags for drying them in the log drying room to get a quality kiln dried hardwood that is stored ready to be collected or delivered.
